Study Hall

STUDY HALL Each student must enroll in at least seven classes, so most students will have a study hall. Study halls are established to provide quiet supervised study time. Students are to bring sufficient work to study hall. Students may check out to use the library or computer lab. A maximum of two students at one time may check out of study halls to use pop machine. Time will be limited to 10 minutes. Pop is to be consumed while students are seated in the commons area. Any student who checks out of the study hall to another area must check back in before the end of the period. Students on the weekly ≥down list≈ are not eligible to check out of study halls for any reason unless they have a pass in advance from a classroom teacher. No student will be allowed to check out during the first ten minutes of study hall unless special arrangements have been made between the two teachers and must be back before the bell ending the period rings.
