LOCATION OF EVENTS
SchoolLocation- 23rd Avenue at 26th Street (just north of Highway 30).
Baseball
- Games will be held at Pawnee Park (South on 33rd Avenue, over viaduct
and turn right) or (North on Highway 30/81, turn left on 8th Street at
light).
Cross Country - Contests will be run at the Lutjelusche Course. Teams
should use the following directions: from Highway 30, turn north at
east edge of Behlen Mfg. (5 mi. east of Columbus) on oil road
(blacktop). Continue 5 miles north to dead end; turn east (right) one and one-half miles, one mile of which is gravel. Turn north (left) one mile and then east (right) one-half mile.
Basketball - All games will be played at the High School.
Football
- Games will be held at Memorial Stadium at Pawnee Park (South on 33rd
Avenue, over viaduct and turnright) or (North on Highway 30/81, turn
left on 8th Street at light). Some underclassmen games may be played at Bradshaw Park. 1577 48 Avenue. Turn South on 48 Avenue go past the stop sign). Bradshaw Park is on the east side of 48 Avenue.
Golf - Elks Country Club at 5113 63 Street. North on 48th Avenue, turn left at 63 Street.
Tennis
- Matches will be held at Pawnee Park Tennis Courts (South on 33rd
Avenue, over viaduct and turn right) or (North on Highway 30/81, turn
left on 8th Street at light).
Soccer - Meets will be held at Wilderness Park. Straight north on 18th Avenue. The fields are on the west sideof 18th Avenue.
Softball - Gerrard Park at 27th Street and 44th Avenue.
Swimming - Swim meets will be heldat the Columbus Aquatic Center at 1783 10 Avenue.
Track
- Meets will be held atMemorial Stadium at Pawnee Park (South on 33rd
Avenue, over viaduct and turnright) or (North on Highway 30/81, turn
left on 8th Street at light).
Volleyball - Games will be played atthe High School.
Wrestling - Matches will be held atthe High School.
