My name is Darron Arlt and I am in my 6th year as Principal of Humphrey St. Francis Schools. I am a 1985 graduate of Plainview High School and a 1991 and 1997 graduate of Wayne State College.

My experience in the field of education includes two years at Maurice-Orange City/Floyd Valley High School in Orange City, IA where I taught high school social studies and coached wrestling and golf. In 1993 I moved to Fairbury, NE to teach 7th-9th grade social studies and coach football, and wrestling. Four years later I moved to Seward, NE where I taught 8th grade social studies at the Seward Middle School while coaching football, wrestling, and soccer at the high school.
