What do you do when the ≥lights go out≈, someone ≥cuts the fiber≈ and/or you don≠t have ≥Internet≈ access?  These technical problems might not affect a traditional classroom teacher but they are significant problems for a distance learning classroom teacher.  Your distance learning panel will discuss how they deal with these problems and much more.  The step-by-step use of distance learning classroom equipment and the proven instructional strategies that will drive your curriculum content across a large geographic area to multiple sites.

This session will review the steps to contact an agency to use for a "virtual" field trip, and bring a field trip to your classroom. Equipment from a static room or from a portable unit can be used for these classroom enrichment activities.
