About
Freshmen P.E. - 9th graders learn many skills ranging cardiovascular
fitness to everyday skills such as bowling. The students also learn
skills and games such as Floor Hockey, Team Handball, Soccer, Ultimate
Frisbee, and Flag Football.
Strength Training - Students learn the
techniques used in weightlifting. Students are given a 4 day program
with several different exercises per day. Each students proress is
tracked throughout the year.
Husker Power
Lifetime
Activities - Students in this class expand on skills they have learned
in previous P.E. classes. There are also some new skills and activities
the students will do that they will have an opportunity to practice
throughout their lifetime.
