GRADING STATEMENT
DAILY ASSIGNMENTS: 1 point per answer
QUIZZES: 1 point per answer
EXAMS: 100 points
REPORTS (COUNTRIES): 100 points
The grading system I use tallies all points accumulated during the quarter or semester by the student and are then divided by the total points possible. Example: 490/500 = 98% (A).
NO EXTRA CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED!
CLASS RULES
Arrive to class prepared and on time
Use work time appropriately
Complete assigned tasks on time with proficiency
Demonstrate respect for people and property
Respond appropriately to staff directives
Each student is permitted three (3) late assignments per semester. On the fourth and subsequent assignments that are late, the student will receive zeros (0). If a student is removed from class because of a discipline issue, that student can earn no more than a 50% on any assignment scheduled for that particular class period.
