EARTH SCIENCE PURPOSE STATEMENT: Eighth grade students will demonstrate appropriate foundational skills of science in the areas of geology, meterology, water and astronomy. LIFE SCIENCE PURPOSE STATEMENT: Seventh grade students will demonstrate a basic knowledge of science by explaining the scientific method, cell processes, and characteristics of organisms.
