Billing is done once weekly. High School and Middle School billing is done on Wednesday. Elementary billing is done on Thursday. Statements are always on pink paper. Students are given the family lunch bill if the account will not make it until the next Wednesday. Statements are mailed if the account needs immediate attention. You also have the option of receiving an e-mail lunch statement. Get me your e-mail address and I will notify you that way on Wednesday evenings.
