PENNY WAR RAISES $1,457.40 FOR COMMUNITY BUILDING!

79,029! That is the total number of pennies that were brought to school the last couple weeks by our students. An additional $667.11 in silver and paper currency was donated to try and knock other classes total down. In a penny war, pennies are positive and every other form of currency is negative so you contribute pennies to your bucket, and silver/paper to other classes buckets. Both ways, the total for the campaign goes up! It was a fun way to raise money for a St. Francis School contribution to the new Community Building. The school hopes to have a nice place for dances and banquets for years to come so it was with great enthusiasm that our students and parents contributed.
